Tents and cabins

All children like to get involved in the construction of tents or cabins. I know it’s no fun folding the sheets and blankets, but the hours of playtime are well worth the extra effort! Provide some sheets, blankets, or boxes for your children to create a tent or a cabin. You can then surprise them with fruit skewers and marshmallows roasted in the open fire for a fun scout camp-style snack.

Relying on the period of the kids, you can change the rules a bit. You can divide players into teams, play in the dark, or hide objects instead of people. You can also add points and rewards for a more competitive search. Other variants of hiding and seek !!

Mattress jumps

My son loves to take the mattress out of his bedroom and start jumping and rolling. Choose an area away from your favorite fragile objects and lay the bed on the floor where your children can do jumps and other rolls. You can even stack two or three mattresses for more fun!!
