  • 1 avocado, sliced


  • Wash the sushi rice a few times or until the water is no longer cloudy. Rice and water in the rice cooker.
  • Combine the Rice Vinegar, Sugar, and Salt in a small bowl. Stir the mixture into the rice, and let the mixture cool.
  • Stir the cubed tuna together with the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce in a mixing bowl.
  • Lay down a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. Lightly spread a thin layer of sushi on the nori sheet.
  • Lay out the rice, with a line of cucumber, and tunn mixture just inside of it closely followed by the cut avocado along one edge.
  • Using a bamboo mat, tightly roll the noriecalifia and gently shape the roll. Slice the roll into pieces.
