Who can participate:

Age-15 +

The Climber should be able to carry weight of around 10-12kgs

The trekker should be physically and mentally fit for the trek, and should have sufficient stamina to climb.

How to Reach:

Everyone has to reach Shimla first. There are three options available:

By Bus: There are options of overnight buses to reach Shimla. From there cab to the pickup point

By Train: The other option is train to Kalka, and then drive to Shimla.

By Flight: Flight to Shimla airport (Jubbarhatti airport)

  • Meadows of Dayara Bugyal

  • The Villages

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1 – Drive From Shimla to Janglik village by car, which is around 165 kms and it takes around 7-8 hours.

Day 2 – Janglik village to Dayara Thatch

Day 3 – Dayara Thatch to Litham Camp

Day 4 – It is all about exploring and enjoying the view of Chandernahan Lake

Day 5 – Litham Camp to Dhunda Camp

Day 6 – Dhunda Camp to Buran Ghati Camp and then proceed to Munirang (river camp)

Day 7 – From River Camp to Barua Village and then back to Shimla on the same day.
